1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeliveryLagbeXyz ("Service", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using DeliveryLagbeXyz, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Creation

To place orders, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

2.3 Email Verification

You must verify your email address before placing orders. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with unverified emails.

3. Ordering & Delivery

3.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order through our Service, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and push notification. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

3.3 Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within Bashundhara Residential Area (Bashundhara R/A). Delivery to other areas is not available at this time. Please select the correct delivery area during checkout.

3.4 Delivery Time

We strive to deliver orders within 30 minutes of confirmation. However, delivery times may vary based on:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic and road conditions
• Product availability at vendors
• Order volume and demand

We do not guarantee exact delivery times but will make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible.

3.5 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary by delivery area and are displayed during checkout. These charges are non-refundable except in cases where we fail to deliver the order.

4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 Product Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

Currently, we accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) - Coming Soon
• Credit/Debit Cards - Coming Soon

4.3 Coupons & Discounts

Coupon codes may be applied during checkout. Each coupon:

• Has specific terms (minimum order value, expiry date)
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless specified
• May be revoked if used fraudulently

5. Order Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 Customer Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it (before the order is accepted by a rider). To cancel:

• Go to "My Orders" section
• Click "Cancel Order" button
• Select a reason for cancellation

Orders cancelled after 5 minutes or after rider acceptance cannot be cancelled.

5.2 Rider/Accepted Order Cancellation

Once a rider accepts your order, cancellation is only possible if:

• The rider has not started delivery
• You contact customer support immediately at +8801647506948

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

• Order cancelled within 5 minutes → Full refund (if paid online)
• Order not delivered within promised time → Partial refund at our discretion
• Wrong or damaged items delivered → Full refund for those items
• Order cancelled by us due to unavailability → Full refund

5.4 Refund Processing Time

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

6. Rider & Delivery Terms

6.1 Rider Responsibilities

Our riders are independent contractors. They are responsible for:

• Picking up orders from vendors
• Delivering orders to correct addresses
• Collecting payments (for COD orders)
• Maintaining professional conduct

6.2 Customer Responsibilities at Delivery

When receiving delivery, you agree to:

• Be available at the provided address
• Provide accurate phone number for contact
• Inspect items before accepting delivery
• Pay the exact amount for COD orders (riders may not have change)

6.3 Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

• Wrong address provided: You will be charged a re-delivery fee
• Customer not available: Order may be cancelled after 2 attempts
• Rider error: Free re-delivery or refund

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use our Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of Bangladeshi laws
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems or Firebase infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Use automated scripts or bots to place orders
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our riders or support staff
• Order products with intent to resell without authorization
• Provide false information during registration or checkout
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Age-Restricted Products

Some products (cigarettes, tobacco) are age-restricted. By ordering these products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our riders may request ID verification upon delivery. If you cannot provide valid ID proving you are 18+, the order will be cancelled without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Service, including but not limited to:

• Logos, brand names, and trademarks
• Website design, layout, and graphics
• Code, scripts, and software
• Product descriptions and images

is the property of DeliveryLagbeXyz and protected by Bangladeshi and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeliveryLagbeXyz shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from inability to use our Service
• Issues caused by third-party vendors or riders

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Product quality will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• Product images accurately represent actual items

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeliveryLagbeXyz, its owners, employees, riders, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property)
• Any fraud or unlawful activity committed through your account

13. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For material changes, we will notify you via email or push notification.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of any term in this agreement
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may still fulfill any pending orders.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to first contact us to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue legal action. You agree to waive any right to a class action or class-wide arbitration.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DeliveryLagbeXyz regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
